FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE. We aim to dispatch our Cherish Vessels and Cherish Tokens within 5-10 days, this is due to the nature of our hand-crafted products and the weathering process they undergo. Scatter Tubes can be dispatched immediately and can be sent to your funeral director, where they can fill with the ashes for you.
RETURN POLICY
We believe you will enjoy your Cherish Vessel as much as we enjoy crafting it for you BUT if for any reason it does not suit your modern home or it is not what you expected we will refund the purchase price back to you within 365 days. This is our 365 return promise. This is only possible if the Vessel is not customized and returned back to us, undamaged (the return postage cost is your own responsibility). Scatter tubes and Cherish tokens cannot be returned due their customization.
